Machine Overview
The W11 mechanical symmetrical three-roll machine forms plate through the rotation of the lower rolls and vertical adjustment of the upper roll. The upper-roll adjustment uses a screw and worm-gear mechanism, while the main gearbox drives the lower rolls. The symmetrical arrangement leaves straight sections at the plate ends; a separate pre-bending or correction process is required. The machine offers a practical structure for general cylindrical plate forming.
