Product Overview
This profile bending machine is designed for forming angle steel, channels, I-beams, flat bars, square bars, round bars and other suitable metal sections. The W24S profile bending series is used in petroleum, chemical processing, hydropower, shipbuilding and general machinery manufacturing.
The supplied series literature describes bending and roundness correction in a single loading, with lower-roll or three-roll drive options, arc movement of the side rolls and side support rollers for asymmetrical profiles. The drive arrangement, roll adjustment and support equipment depend on the selected machine configuration.
Machine Selection
Choose the machine around the actual workpiece and production process. Send the following information for configuration and model selection.
- Profile type: Profile drawing or section type.
- Material: Material grade.
- Section dimensions (mm): Dimensions and wall thickness.
- Bending radius (mm): Required finished radius.

The supplied W24S (WY24) series reference table covers angle steel, channels, I-beams, H-beams, flat steel, round steel and square sections. Capacity depends on the profile, material, bending diameter, tooling and selected configuration.
